Dressed Up, Etc.

My friends tease me that I bought Daisy a sailor outfit. "You aren't actually going to make her WEAR a sailor outfit, are you?"

I think she looks beautiful, don't you?

Happier Daisy

Fully recovered from the fever... feeling lots better now. Thank you Uncle Mike and Aunt Tyler for the pretty outfits and of course for the visit!

Under the Weather

Feelin' better now, but had a bit of fever the last day or so. All that made her feel better was bath and sleepy time.

Daisy and Grandpa Mike

Daisy visited her Grandpa at his work yesterday. Proud Grandpa got to show his first granddaughter to all his coworkers. There were so many people there, cooing over Daisy... she was pretty overwhelmed! Don't worry, Grandpa... Daisy says she wasn't upset that you were holding her; she was just a little confused at the surroundings. She'll be all smiles next time!

Swing, Baby.

The swing used to be for the express purpose of putting Daisy to sleep. In the last few weeks, though, she's starting to play with her toys, and the swing has taken on a whole new life. She's learning to sit up, and her motor skills are really "revving" up. Hee, hee; "motor..." "revving..."

As you can see, she loves her swing so much, she can hardly take a break- she fell asleep here mid-play.
